You have to conduct a continuous risk assessment at work.

1. Make a list of the documents you will use
2. gather the documents and attach copies of photographic evidence.
3. make a list of hazards and risks you may encounter
4. Evaluate the environmental conditions that could exit
5. Make a list of the persons, tools and material you will need to conduct the continuous assessment
6. Conduct the assessment, making appropriate notes where Hazardous conditions exit
7. Make recommendations for remedial action.
8. Follow up to make sure that the remedial actions are being implemented
9. Continue with the continuous risk assessment
10. Attach copies of all documents.
